RoboCup@Work

Industrial Robotics

RoboCup@Work is a league within the RoboCup competition that focuses on the use of autonomous robots in industrial environments. The goal is to advance research and development in robotics for tasks typically found in manufacturing and logistics. Robots in this league are challenged to perform activities such as object manipulation, transportation, and assembly in realistic work scenarios, simulating the conditions of modern production lines. This league encourages innovation in areas like perception, navigation, and human-robot collaboration, aiming to enhance the future of industrial automation.

RoboCup SSL

Robot Football

The RoboCup Small Size League (SSL) is a robotics competition where teams of autonomous robots play soccer in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The robots, typically small (up to 18 cm in diameter), compete in teams of up to eleven, navigating the field, passing, and shooting the ball toward the opponent’s goal. The robots are controlled by off-field computers that use cameras mounted above the field to track the positions of all players and the ball in real time. The SSL aims to advance multi-robot coordination, control strategies, and real-time decision-making in complex, adversarial environments.
